Conventional Refinance

True "Conventional Streamline Refinances" are only available if your original lender has maintained and still has possession of your original loan, this is very rare in today's active secondary market.  However; using our state of the art automated underwriting and approval process, nearly all conventional refinances can be deemed "streamlined" featuring drastically reduced paperwork.  Upon application, your loan decision is made in seconds and can usually close in 5 - 10 days.  Application can be made over the phone and your approval can be issued within minutes.  You may apply online, but we will need to access your credit report to issue an approval.  After your initial telephone interview you are welcomed to visit our office to complete your loan process and provide the required documents at your convenience  (evenings and weekends available by appointment) or you can request our "By Mail" program if your schedule does not permit an in office consultation. 

Loans are available up to 100% of the appraised value of your home.  We offer a wide variety of Fixed, Adjustable, Reverse, Stated Income, Interest First/Interest Only and No Mortgage Insurance programs.  We will help you decide which option meets the benefit you are looking for.  Additionally, loans for the Self Employed, Retired and credit challenged are available to those who need more flexibility in qualifying for a mortgage refinance.  Olympia Mortgage also has refinance options for those who have experienced or are currently in a bankruptcy, going into foreclosure or have other major credit issues to overcome.
